In
case you've tried...you can no
longer find this website on
Google. Yahoo! and Bing still
love us, along with EVERY other
search engine in existance, but
for some unknown reason, ONLY
Google has decided that this
site no longer belongs in their
search results. It's the age old
case of trying to please Google.
As a webmaster I always try to
design my sites with proper
techniques to not only appeal to
the visitor but also to the
search engines. I've always used
the "white hat"
approach and only did things
that the search engines approved
of. Google recently decided that
everything they told us to do
before is now suddenly
"bad" and decided to
slap a bunch of hands by zapping
us right out of their index or
so far down the list we can
never be found. This and about a
gazillion other sites were
removed or "devalued"
in the search rankings. They
obviously no longer care about
the quality of their search
results as I can no longer find
anything of value by using
Google. Their last quarter
earnings report showed this as
well. A loss of 1.6 BILLION
dollars as a result of their
latest update. If no one finds
my site, they don't make money
off the ads I SHOW for them!
Multiply that by the gazillions
of other websites they did this
to as well and they have SHOT
THEMSELVES IN THE FOOT. But
their arrogance will never allow
them to roll back their update
and put things back the way they
were. So, if you
haven't bookmarked the site, you
can still find us on Yahoo! and
Bing. You might also find that
you'll find a LOT more relevant
search results there for
whatever you're searching for.
