With everything checked out, we start to disassemble and remove the manual crank window regulator.  But first, we use a little tape to secure the window in place.  Broken glass is no fun.

The 4 bolts that hold the regulator to the door are removed and the screws that hold the glass channel to the window are also removed.  There are also 2 screws that hold a short idler channel to the door.  With all of the screws removed, the regulator is wiggled out the large hole in the bottom of the door.
